Number smiled and lanched himself forward, the huge weapon on the ground as Number drew four large new blades. He slashed down at her with the flat edge of the blades, wanting to knock her out now, knowing that she wouldn't die from the posion.

She raised up her dagger to block some of the attack, but she was too slow from the poison and smashed into the ground.
"Damn...." She said and coughed up blood.

Tantric stood back and watched the whole thing. Not cause of fear but cause he had an idea. His right hand was griped on his left bicep watching his love getting beat. He could hardly watch but he knew it would pay off. After a little while hisarm started to glow and he smilied quickly as he jumped up quickly in front of Nexus as he moved quickly stepping directly in front of Number. He grinned a bit as he placed his hand on Numbers chest quickly saying"Elemental strike. Its a bitch isnt it"As he said that a large beam of different colors shot from his arm coliding with number as he flew back into a few buildings trapping him down quickly.
Tantric flew back from the blast landing on his back as his eyes closed in pain his arm bleeding slightly as he reached for a few potions to help Nexus's poison.

"Tantric!" She shouted, running to his side as his eyes closed. She quickly saw the potion, and she drank it quickly. With out even thinking, she lifted Tantric, surprisingly, with no trouble and began to run. "Stay with me Tantric......" She said softly as she continued to run at her quick pace. "Do you know of any towns or villages near by?" She questioned softly as she continued to run, never looking back for the fear of Number coming back.

He felt her pick him up as they started to run."Yeah"He said quietly trying to move his arm a bit but it wasnt responding. His whole body basiclywasnt responding bt he knew he would be alrite. "Theres a small town. Its called Winary just up a little ways."He said quietly just trying to stay awake.

She was very worried and had no clue what to do to help but she nodded her head softly. She ran to Winary and quickly checked into an Inn called "Of Dragons Sleep" She payed whatever the man wanted and quickly ran upstairs and set Tantric on the bed and kneeled at his side. "Tantric.....please stay with me......what do I do?" She questioned, tears running down her face.

He felt himself being laid on his bed as his arm burned and his whole body ached. He felt Nexus at his side and he opened his eyes."Dont worry I'll be fine. I think my arm just got taken out and I used alot of energy"He said quietly closing his eyes again as he stayed awake just resting his body.

Even though she knew what he said was true, but the facts didnt make her feel any better. She crawled into bed next to him. Softly and gently she rested her wolf head on his left bicept and stroked his hair. She tried her best to comfort him and herself and she softly and silently fell asleep.

Number stood up from the wreakage, wiping off dust that had gathered on him. The blast knocked him out and hurt like a bitch, but he was still good. Looking around, Number growled and kicked a large stone out of his way and locked onto their smells again and began to go after them, still pissed off, but knowing that if that was the best magic they had, it wasn;t going to help them one bit.
